Mareeba Shire Council is pleased to welcome Cr Mladen Bosnic following his successful election in the recent by-election held on 5 April 2025.
The Queensland Electoral Commission officially declared the result today, confirming Cr Bosnic as the newest Councillor for Mareeba Shire Council. This by-election was held to fill the vacancy left by the passing of Councillor Kevin Davies earlier this year.
Mareeba Shire Mayor Angela Toppin extended her congratulations to Cr Bosnic on behalf of the Council and the wider Mareeba Shire community.
“Sincere congratulations to Cr Mladen on being elected as a Councillor for Mareeba Shire Council. We look forward to working together to serve the community,” said Mayor Toppin.
